Deposits Advice
Unfortunately we are unable to refund deposits…
All courses started must be paid in full prior to access the online training Portal..
If buying additional courses on top of the course your starting with, a deposit of £195 is required for each additional course you choose with the balance being paid before that course allocation/starts.
If preferred a full payment can be made straight upon booking your course choice. ..
Practical Training Dates are none transferable once any practical courses dates are pre booked in, training dates are none transferable and can not be changed unless under the discretion Marie Brown Asethetics.
Should you not be able to meet your pre booked course date and models have to be cancelled as a result you may lose your course date and your payment in full for an alternative date, also an alternative date will have to be made.
ALL COURSES MUST BE MARKED AND PASSED BEFORE WE CAN BOOK YOU IN FOR YOUR PRACTICAL TRAINING.

CANCELLATION POLICY and REFUNDS
We understand that the need to rearrange or cancel a booking may arise for a number of reasons.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Please note NO services are available to under 18’s, any payments that are made to Marie Brown aesthetics academy are forfeited and non-refundable.
TRAINING
If booking on to a training course, a non-refundable booking fees are as follows, but may vary:
Pathway Aesthetics Courses are payable in FULL upon booking.
Additional Courses
£195 deposits are required upon booking for any course for any value; Non Refundable and Non Transferable.
A non-refundable Full Balance is due 28 days (4 weeks prior) to course commencement.
In case of cancellation within less than 2 weeks notice – full cost of the training is payable in all circumstances.
The only time we will consider to waive the balance (not the booking fee) is in the event of a serious or contagious illness or emergency. Official proof is required.
Booking Deposits cover Administration / Model Cancellations and Expenses involved in booking a student on to a forthcoming training. It also guarantees a first available slot on the selected training.
Free of charge (Shadowing only) is available on any hands-on practical training undertaken within the first 2 months period of training completion date.
Shadowing outside of the 2 months period bracket – £250 is available to our students only who have attended hands-on practical class in person.
Dates & Times are not guaranteed and only available when clinic clients are already pre booked in for the same treatment as you attended on your hands-on practical training..
No Models are provided
Pandemic, war and nature force major – the fees are non refundable. A new alternative date will be offered when safe to do so.

If you text or get an answer-phone, please leave a clear message stating the following:
• That you wish to cancel or rearrange
• Your full name
• Your telephone number
• The date and time of your course
• The course/s you were booked in for
If you are late by more than 30 minutes you will not be able to continue on the day and the cost of the training will be lost.
Fees are non refundable and non transferable.
ONLINE PORTAL TRAINING
are payable in full upon booking.
Unless you are paying a deposit for a additional course .
Once any part of training material is sent to you the fee becomes non refundable. We do not bare responsibility for poor internet connection or technical issues on your part. It is the students responsibility to insure they have suitable environment and equipment for the duration of the course.
The Courses content and manuals are non shareable and are property of The Marie Brown Aesthetics Training Academy LTD .
Courses cost is limited to on-line training which most includes practical trainings , If no practical training is required, this is payable in full separately.
The content of the Academy is property of Marie Brown Aesthetics Training Academy LTD The content is forbidden to be shared with anyone else, recorded, saved or multiplied.
We do not issue refunds for training undertaken.
We don’t issue invoices or receipts for payments made for on line training. Print out of transaction is a valid prove of purchase and can be used for filing of your accounts.
We do not tolerate abuse, threatening or rude behaviour, violence, verbal or physical, towards other clients, staff or members of public. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should these boundaries be broken. You will not be refunded any fees should this happen.
ADDITIONAL ADMIN CHARGE
There is an additional fee for providing administrative services, such as re printing of invoices, certificates, manuals, etc.
